Just a few kilometers out of Ladismith town, nestled in a lush green valley. With big farms and old farm buildings, on dirt roads, you will spot this red door which is most welcoming in the Klein Karoo. Driving in you will first see the art studio and interesting scultures of cute farm animals, surrounded by olive trees. True Klein Karoo charm! 

The Barn cottage is wonderful, fitting right into its environment, decorated with taste and style. With a large shaded patio, splash pool, outdoor shower and a shaded lawn. Boasting everything you will need for a relaxing stay in the Klein Karoo. Each room in so quaint in portraying its history and making the experience quite full and nostalgic.

You are welcome to walk around the Uitspan farm, there is a little hill (with big views), a big water reservoir, an old stone wall, lots of plants and if you're there at the right time, artichokes and olives.
